Since 2020 working out from home has been more popular than ever. Social distancing and the thought of touching equipment that everyone else has used is just not an option for some. Getting a great workout at home can be just as effective and does not have to break the bank.

Working out at home can get amazing results but it does require some equipment. The type of equipment varies based on the amount of space you have, your budget and the type of results you are looking for. For most, just an exercise or yoga mat along with some resistance bands work perfectly and get great results. A dumbbell tree is always a nice addition or maybe some kettlebells. if space allows you may put in a treadmill, stationary bike or rowing machine. You get the picture, there are so many options if you have the space.
